How long does shipping take?

Most in-stock orders are dispatched within 24 hours on business days. Delivery then takes 1 to 5 working days across Europe, depending on your country and the carrier. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse.

Our products are intended for professional use. Every order is manually reviewed and double-checked before it is approved and shipped. If we need proof of professional status for certain items, our team will contact you before processing your order.

Are your inks and products EU compliant?

Yes. All inks and materials we sell comply with the current EU REACH tattoo-ink regulation. Each product page and label lists the relevant batch and compliance information so you can document everything for your studio.

How do returns and exchanges work?

Unopened and unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, opened needles, cartridges and inks cannot be returned. Just reach out via our contact page and we will send you the return instructions.
